We?re looking for a housemate! Two soon-to-be uni graduates and a cat and dog are searching for a 3 bedroom property in the Mill Park area, to move in during mid-NOVEMBER, and we?d love another roomie!
Max rent we?re looking at is $350/week.
Most furniture is supplied: living (couches, chairs, TV etc.), dining (table only), kitchen (cutlery, crockery and appliances), washing machine, and bedroom furniture (incl. double bed with mattress, bedside table and chest of draws). Some outdoor furniture also; BBQ, lawnmower etc.
**Must be a NON-SMOKER
