Vintage Industrial box containing electrometer in MILL PARK, Victoria for sale
An intersting find for sure!
This gorgeous piece of history is an electrometer previously used in Wessons Biscuit factory to measure the ph levels in their cookies

This piece of equipment was made circa 1950's but some research has shown it could possibly be earlier.
There is an almost mint conditon one found in the the University of Queensland Physics Museum
The one I have for sale is well used and has marks as seen in the photos, but it does have The extra cup and still you can see buscuit crumbs in the glass beaker. It also comes with some fantastic vintage battery packs on the inside in which you can use as display on its own.
All the knobs, levers and buttons work but I have never attempted to wire it up.
The box itself is what I purchased it for and once I found the inner workings and the battery extras of this vintage industrial gem of a find I decided not to disturb the integrity and history of this piece.
Great for collectors and lovers of the vintage indusrtial movement. An artistic eye can create beauty or it could be an awesome conversation piece.

Please refer to photos as mentioned there are marks which is common with used industrial equipment, but remember they add to the history of the item and it proves this was (and possibly could still be) a working piece
